Emma Taylor ( Associate A.T.O.D)

Emma has been dancing since the age of four with Julie Ryan Dancers, where she was trained in all styles of theatrical dance. Emma has trained in both Cecchetti and the Australian Teachers of Dancing (A.T.O.D) Classical syllabus, attaining honours in her examinations.  Emma is now a qualified teacher of Australian Teachers of Dancing (A.T.O.D) Classical syllabus and is an Associate Member of A.T.O.D.

Emma was very successful dancer, competing in many eisteddfods and competitions throughout Victoria.  Competition performances included solo and duo sections, championships, scholarships and troupes in Classical, Jazz, Tap, Character, National and Song and Dance. After returning from Melbourne, she started her teaching career with Julie Ryan Dancers, and has been teaching all styles of dance for nearly 10 years and her passion for dance and teaching continually grows.

Emma is an accomplished teacher and choreographer whose teaching experience includes competition dance, dance concerts, performance and choreographing primary school productions.  She continually seeks new and exciting developments in dance and regularly attends various conferences, expos and workshops to learn from industry leaders and bring different ideas to her classes and performances.  Emma is thrilled to be part of a dynamic and progressive dance school which not only encourages students to pursue their love of dance but allows all students to become part of the ballet family.
