Anna McKenzie (Pilates Instructor)

Anna has been involved in the Education, Health and Fitness industry since 1986. In 1989 Anna attained her "Bachelor of Education" from Ballarat University majoring in Physical Education. After working in the Secondary school system for 4 years Anna left to travel and teach overseas for 12 months. On returning to Australia Anna concentrated on linking her educational expertise with her love for health and fitness, becoming a Group Exercise, Gym and Water Aerobics instructor. For the last 7 years Anna has been teaching in the Primary School sector.

In 1995 Anna was offered the opportunity to become involved in Pilates, commencing training and becoming a qualified Pilates Instructor. Since 1995 she has taught on average 5 Pilate's classes per week. Anna believes Pilates compliments anyone's fitness program and is particularly important to dancers – whatever their age.

Anna has attained her " Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness" – Group Exercise Instructor, Gym Instructor, Water Aerobics Instructor. Pilates Instructor, Personal Training Instructor. She has been working at a fitness club on a part time basis since 1995 running a wide variety of programs and classes including Senior classes, Teenage and Kid classes, Step, Body Bar, Spinning, Circuit, Hi-Lo, Boxing and Pilates as well as working on the gym floor as a Gym Instructor and in a Personal Trainers capacity.
